Administration Assistant

Walker Hill is a leading professional services firm providing businesses with accounting, digital marketing, and finance solutions to help them grow faster. 

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant within our digital marketing team. This role will see you supporting and working alongside directors and digital marketers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Calendar management
  • Email management and assistance for selective members of the team
  • Onboarding new clients by collecting information via email and phone
  • Assisting with internal event planning
  • Assisting with the preparation of proposals

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Great phone manner and customer service
  • Email etiquette and writing capabilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceptional time management
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Understanding of Gsuite: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.
  • An interest in learning more about digital marketing
