The Challenge
Tendered came to us with the goal of reaching $1 million in turnover. They had previously invested in Google Ads and SEO but didn’t achieve many leads and there was a lack of transparency from initial enquiry to closed business deals.
They needed to flesh out a more in depth sales process and introduce nurture flows to stay in touch with their leads pipeline within Hubspot. With their previous marketing and sales partner leaving the business, they needed someone to come in as a consultant, filling in a chief marketing officer void within the business.


The Strategy
Our team first began managing their Google Ads, but soon realised there was a gap between the sales and marketing team. Working closely with their sales team, we were able to develop and implement a new Hubspot pipeline and workflow. The update of processes integrate with their Google Ads account to provide more accurate reporting on which leads convert to closed deals as well as the lifetime value of these leads.
To expand on missed opportunities within their marketing strategies, we included Facebook & Instagram remarketing and ongoing email campaigns. Finally, to nurture the leads within their pipeline and assist the sales team to implement processes, we created operations around the lifecycle of leads and lead scoring within Hubspot, as well as vast email automations to nurture leads.

The Outcome
We managed to pinpoint the exact return on ad spend from their Google Ads, which enabled us to direct the budget to keywords that would result in high quality leads.
The sales team were able to better manage their pipeline of leads and focus more time into the high quality leads that were more likely to convert, with assistance from nurturing automations keeping leads warm.
This all in turn increased the number of leads we generated, leading to Tendered hitting their $1 million turnover goal 3 months early, and almost triple their revenue compared to the previous period.
