With a strong foundation as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and over ten years in the industry, Jess is equipped to mentor clients through their business progression from inception to growth and larger scale business planning. Jess works with a broad spectrum of clients from individual family groups to medium – large private businesses, from a multitude of sectors. Her specialist areas are construction (QBCC) and professional services industries however her experience extends to those in the hospitality, health, e-commerce, IT, real-estate & manufacturing. Jess prepares advice on a number of common issues for business owners including start up business structures, restructuring, capital gains tax advice and business due diligence.
